1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Player Eligibility Requirements

777jil reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Age Verification and Minor Protection

777jil operates a strict policy prohibiting minors (individuals under 21 years of age) from accessing, registering, or participating in any gaming activity on the platform. We employ age verification mechanisms during account registration and reserve the right to conduct further verification at any time. You are required to keep your account information current and accurate. Any change in your contact details, payment methods, or personal information must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting customer support. 777jil is not responsible for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated account information.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

777jil processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support various payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), over-the-counter deposits (7-Eleven CLiQQ), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20).

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits are processed instantly for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and within the same banking day for bank transfer methods.

• All withdrawals are subject to review for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and our Terms and Conditions. 777jil reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose reasonable delays for enhanced due diligence.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

General Bonus Terms

• Engaging in any behavior that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing toward 777jil staff, customer support agents, or other players.

9. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

777jil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Determination by 777jil that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity, other Players, or third parties.

Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players who wish to close their 777jil account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal process may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body. 777jil cooperates fully with any regulatory investigation conducted by PAGCOR or other applicable authorities.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777jil's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the Player's account at the time the claim arises.

777jil shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, gaming winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind.

• Unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 777jil platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game assets, software, written content, and visual design elements, is the property of 777jil or its licensed content providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of 777jil content without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.
